How the composite score works
The overall score is a weighted average of the categories: Getting the product 40%, Trust before buying 20%, Mobile 15%, Speed 15%, and Polish and audit 10%. It is never more than 10 points above the Getting the product score, because a product a visitor cannot get cannot score well on anything else, and never more than 25 points above the weakest category, so one badly broken area is not averaged away. Any issue in the main list caps it at 89, so a score above 90 means nothing worth fixing was found.
Each category starts at 100 and stays there when nothing was found in it, whether or not the inspection got that far. Each distinct verified finding deducts 60 points for a serious problem on the path from arriving to paying, 40 for another serious problem, 30, 15 or 8 by high, medium or low severity otherwise, and 4 for an audit finding. Each additional finding below the list takes 2 more points off the overall score, up to 10. Scores stop at zero and round to whole numbers. The formula is fixed and versioned, so the same saved evidence always receives the same score.
CroozCal quotes $24 billed monthly but signup charges $29 monthly
Visitors evaluating CroozCal as a Calendly replacement are quoted one monthly price and find a higher one when they pick a plan at signup.
The Simple Pricing card on /croozcal shows "$24 /month" with "Billed monthly. Cancel anytime." directly under it. Its "Start 7-Day Free Trial" button opens /signup with Pro Monthly preselected at $29/mo, and $24/mo appears there only as Pro Yearly, billed $278 yearly. A buyer meets this at the plan step of signup, where the monthly price is $5 above what the CroozCal page quoted.
Try it: Open /croozcal, scroll to Simple Pricing and read "$24 /month, Billed monthly". Click Start 7-Day Free Trial and look at the Pro Monthly price on /signup.
Legal page and pricing disagree on Business plan monthly help
Law firms told on /for/legal that Business includes two done-for-you requests a month then find a 1-hour monthly cap on the plan they are about to buy.
On /for/legal, the Business plan "includes two done-for-you CroozFlow setup or update requests each month." The home page Business card says "1 hour of hands-on help every month", and /all-features says "up to 1 hour of hands-on help... Unused hours do not carry forward." A firm comparing plans meets two different allowances for the same paid entitlement on the most expensive plan, right at the pricing step.
Try it: Open /for/legal and find the "Prefer hands-on help?" line. Then open /#pricing and read the Business card's "1 hour of hands-on help every month".
The phone comparison table on /vs/calendly hides the CroozLink column
On a 390px phone, the comparison table on /vs/calendly is clipped at its right border. Calendly cells are cut off mid-word ("schedulir", "PayPa") and the CroozLink column is not visible at all, with nothing to show the table can be swiped. A visitor at the understand step who wants to compare the two products sees only the competitor's answers.
Try it: Open /vs/calendly on a phone and scroll to the Decision factor table. Only the Calendly column shows, its text cut off at the right edge, and no CroozLink column is visible.
The product walkthrough video embed returns a 404 error
On /all-features, clicking "Watch CroozLink product walkthrough from the beginning" loads the Gumlet embed play.gumlet.io/embed/6a2f9354bb1e6cc2527a9bbf, and that request returns a 404. It failed the same way in two fresh loads. A buyer at the understand step who presses play to see the product before choosing a plan does not get the walkthrough.
The carousel page dots on /all-features are 8px tap targets
On /all-features at phone width, the carousel buttons labelled "Page 2", "Page 3" and "Page 4" are 8px by 8px. Each one has only 12px of clear space around it, and the minimum is 24px. A visitor tapping a dot to jump to another set of features can easily miss or hit the next dot.
The home page is missing two security headers
The response from https://croozlink.com/ is missing Content-Security-Policy and Cross-Origin-Resource-Policy.
The carousel dot buttons on /all-features have no accessible name
On /all-features, the round carousel dot buttons (class "w-1.5 h-1.5 sm:w-2 sm:h-2 rounded-full") are empty and have no aria-label or title. Screen reader users hear only "button" for each dot, but the rest of the feature page stays readable.
