How the composite score works
The overall score is a weighted average of the categories: Getting the product 40%, Trust before buying 20%, Mobile 15%, Speed 15%, and Polish and audit 10%. It is never more than 10 points above the Getting the product score, because a product a visitor cannot get cannot score well on anything else, and never more than 25 points above the weakest category, so one badly broken area is not averaged away. Any issue in the main list caps it at 89, so a score above 90 means nothing worth fixing was found.
Each category starts at 100 and stays there when nothing was found in it, whether or not the inspection got that far. Each distinct verified finding deducts 60 points for a serious problem on the path from arriving to paying, 40 for another serious problem, 30, 15 or 8 by high, medium or low severity otherwise, and 4 for an audit finding. Each additional finding below the list takes 2 more points off the overall score, up to 10. Scores stop at zero and round to whole numbers. The formula is fixed and versioned, so the same saved evidence always receives the same score.
The cuda.fast harness link opens a GitHub 404 page
Solvers who want to look at the challenge code before they sign in hit a dead end, and the challenge can look abandoned to them.
On /cudafast, the footer text "harness: Layr-Labs/cudafast-nemotron35-lightning-30b-a3b-engine @ 5a104ed" and the "GitHub" link under "Connect with us" both point to github.com/Layr-Labs/cudafast-nemotron35-lightning-30b-a3b-engine. Visitors who are not signed in to GitHub get GitHub's "This is not the web page you are looking for" 404, and the pinned commit URL /tree/5a104ed gives the same 404. A solver who goes to get the harness gets nothing, and the only other way in is the Participate sign-in.
Try it: Open https://github.com/Layr-Labs/cudafast-nemotron35-lightning-30b-a3b-engine in a private window. GitHub shows its 404 page.
The survey popup covers the chart's Lin and Log toggles on phones
On /cudafast at phone width, the fixed "Help shape Yukon" survey card sits over the lower part of the chart's Lin, Log and time range buttons, so their labels are cut off. When these buttons have keyboard focus, hit tests at their lower points land on the survey card instead. The card has a close button, and the main Participate and Sign in controls are not covered.
The challenge page is missing CSP and CORP headers
The response from https://www.yukon.org/cudafast?platform=cuda&benchmark=nemotron35 is missing Content-Security-Policy and Cross-Origin-Resource-Policy.
The Eigen Labs link on /cudafast blends into the surrounding text
On /cudafast, the "Eigen Labs" link is #cec3f6 and sits in body text coloured #999999. That is a contrast of 1.73:1 where 3:1 is required, and the link has no underline or other styling to mark it. Visitors who cannot tell those colours apart see no sign that the text is clickable.
