How the composite score works
The overall score is a weighted average of the categories: Getting the product 40%, Trust before buying 20%, Mobile 15%, Speed 15%, and Polish and audit 10%. It is never more than 10 points above the Getting the product score, because a product a visitor cannot get cannot score well on anything else, and never more than 25 points above the weakest category, so one badly broken area is not averaged away. Any issue in the main list caps it at 89, so a score above 90 means nothing worth fixing was found.
Each category starts at 100 and stays there when nothing was found in it, whether or not the inspection got that far. Each distinct verified finding deducts 60 points for a serious problem on the path from arriving to paying, 40 for another serious problem, 30, 15 or 8 by high, medium or low severity otherwise, and 4 for an audit finding. Each additional finding below the list takes 2 more points off the overall score, up to 10. Scores stop at zero and round to whole numbers. The formula is fixed and versioned, so the same saved evidence always receives the same score.
The home page editor demos stay stuck on loading placeholders
Visitors who want to try Arsaze before signing up see grey placeholder boxes where the FAQ promises the real editor.
On the home page, the hero editor and the Agent, Tab and Rewrite demos show only grey skeleton bars and boxes, with no footage, timeline or transcript. They stayed that way for 8 to 12 seconds on desktop and on iPhone, including inside the full-screen "Tab · Sample footage. Nothing you do here is saved." overlay, and no error, retry or fallback video appeared. The FAQ answers "Can I try it without an account?" with "Yes. The demos on arsaze.com are the real editor", so a visitor at the try step gets an endless loading state directly under the Start free button.
Try it: Open https://www.arsaze.com/ in a fresh Chrome window, click "Open Tab full screen", and wait 10 seconds. The overlay body stays a grey skeleton.
The Create a SidhiLynx ID signup link opens an Access Denied page
Visitors who will not or cannot sign up with Google have no working way to create an Arsaze account.
The Create your Arsaze account page offers Google, or "Rather not use Google? Create a SidhiLynx ID". That link opens authentication.sidhi.xyz, which shows "Access Denied. This registration service is only accessible from authorized websites. Access attempted from: Direct access", and the Help link on that error page returns a 404. Continue with a SidhiLynx ID only shows a sign-in form for an existing ID, so a buyer at the signup step who skips Google has no way to register.
Try it: Open https://www.arsaze.com/login?signup=1 and click "Create a SidhiLynx ID" under the sign-in buttons. The new tab lands on authentication.sidhi.xyz/unauthorized with "Access Denied".
Basic shows fewer comments than Free, Pro less undo than Basic
Buyers comparing plans on the pricing page see the ₹490 Basic plan and the recommended ₹2,450 Pro plan offer less than cheaper tiers on some limits.
In the "Review & versions" rows on /pricing, "Comments per link" reads Free 100, Basic 50, Pro 500, Studio 500. "Undo history" reads Free 20, Basic 150, Pro 125, Studio 225 steps. A buyer meets these rows at the pricing step, directly under the Choose Basic and Choose Pro buttons, and the table says that paying for Basic halves review comments and that the recommended Pro plan has less undo history than a plan costing a fifth as much.
Try it: Open /pricing on desktop and scroll to the "Review & versions" rows in the plan cards. Compare "Comments per link" and "Undo history" across Free, Basic and Pro.
On phones, "Download the app" leads only to desktop installers
Phone visitors who tap "Download the app" reach a page they cannot install from, and it gives them no way to finish on a computer.
On a phone, the home page hero button reads "Download the app" and opens /download, titled "Arsaze on your desktop". That page offers only a Windows .exe, a Linux .AppImage and an Apple silicon Mac .dmg. It never says the editor also runs in the phone's browser and has no option to email the link or scan a QR code, so a phone visitor reaches the download step of getting the product and has nothing to install.
Try it: Open arsaze.com on an iPhone and tap "Download the app" under the headline. The /download page lists only Windows, Linux and Mac installers, with no phone or send-to-computer option.
Country buttons on the phone home page fall just under 24px tall
On the phone home page, the country buttons India, Vietnam and Netherlands each measure 23.8px tall, and their safe tap spacing is about 23.6 to 23.8px. WCAG 2.5.8 requires 24px. The shortfall is a fraction of a pixel on a social-proof list, not on a signup or download control.
The Startup Fame badge on the home page fails to load
The badge image https://startupfa.me/badges/featured-badge.webp, linked in the badges row near the bottom of the home page, is blocked by the browser (net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_ORB) and renders with no pixels. This happens on every fresh load, so the "featured" social proof never appears.
The home page has no Cross-Origin-Resource-Policy header
The response from https://www.arsaze.com/ is missing Cross-Origin-Resource-Policy.
The home page "Free plan, no card" line has low contrast
On the home page, the line "Free plan, no card. Windows, Mac, Linux and web." is grey #8a8a90 on #f5f5f4 at 12.5px, a contrast of 3.14:1, and WCAG AA requires 4.5:1. The heading "Edit from the AI you already use" and the agent section subtitle (2.9:1) use the same grey and fail the same check, and /pricing fails it too.
