How the composite score works
The overall score is a weighted average of the categories: Getting the product 40%, Trust before buying 20%, Mobile 15%, Speed 15%, and Polish and audit 10%. It is never more than 10 points above the Getting the product score, because a product a visitor cannot get cannot score well on anything else, and never more than 25 points above the weakest category, so one badly broken area is not averaged away. Any issue in the main list caps it at 89, so a score above 90 means nothing worth fixing was found.
Each category starts at 100 and stays there when nothing was found in it, whether or not the inspection got that far. Each distinct verified finding deducts 60 points for a serious problem on the path from arriving to paying, 40 for another serious problem, 30, 15 or 8 by high, medium or low severity otherwise, and 4 for an audit finding. Each additional finding below the list takes 2 more points off the overall score, up to 10. Scores stop at zero and round to whole numbers. The formula is fixed and versioned, so the same saved evidence always receives the same score.
The FAQ price contradicts the $99 plan price
On /pricing the plan is listed as "$99 /seat/month", while the FAQ on the same page states "At $199 it costs less than the time you'll get back in the first week." The same $199 sentence also appears on the homepage. Both figures describe the cost of the same plan, so one of them is stale.

Body text fails the minimum contrast ratio
Body copy in the rich text blocks on /, /pricing, /about and /privacy-policy fails the WCAG AA contrast requirement. On the home page this affects the muted supporting line in the product panel, which renders as low-contrast grey on dark brown.
The header logo link has no accessible name
The BOND wordmark in the header (a.framer-1kxxbjs, data-framer-name="logo", href="./") is in the tab order but exposes no accessible text: no inner text readable by screen readers, no aria-label, no aria-labelledby. Screen reader and keyboard users reach the home link and hear only the raw URL or "link".
The careers page renders completely blank
On desktop at 1280x800, /careers paints as a uniform beige viewport with no header, navigation, headings, job listings, or footer. The initial capture and a later settled capture of the same route are both empty across the full 1280x800 area, so nothing rendered after the page had time to settle. A second visit to the route did render content, so the failure is intermittent rather than constant.
The careers page renders blank on mobile
On mobile, /careers can render as a uniform off-white page with no header, navigation, body copy, or footer anywhere in the full 390x664 viewport capture. The blank state held on a settled second capture of the same load, so it is not a mid-load frame. A fresh session later loaded the page with content, which points at an intermittent client-side render or hydration failure rather than a permanently broken route.
The careers page renders completely blank
On desktop, /careers renders as an empty off-white viewport at 1280x800: no heading, no job listings, no navigation, no footer. The settled retake and a second capture of the same route show the same uniform blank screen, so nothing paints in after load. Anyone landing on the careers URL has no content and no link back into the rest of the project.
