How the composite score works
The overall score is a weighted average: Visual 18.75%, Accessibility 25%, Buttons and links 31.25%, Under the hood 12.5%, and Mobile 12.5%. Unassessed categories are excluded and the remaining weights are normalized.
Product categories start at 100. Each distinct verified finding deducts 30 points for a serious issue, including a reproduced flow defect or material pricing contradiction, or 18 for critical, 12 for high, 7 for medium, and 3 for low stored detector severity. Scores stop at zero and round to whole numbers. All verified findings count, including those beyond the displayed list. The formula is fixed and versioned, so the same saved evidence always receives the same score.
Log in fails with a server error for returning users
Returning customers who click Log in in the header cannot reach their account: the request to /app/auth/login comes back with a 503 server error instead of the sign in screen. This happens from the home page navigation, the first step any existing customer takes to get back into their clips and projects, and it repeated on a second fresh load.
Try it: Open quso.ai, click Log in in the top navigation, and watch the network panel return 503 for /app/auth/login.
Signup page fails to load for new visitors
Visitors who click "Get Started Free" in the top navigation are sent to the signup page, and that page comes back with a server error 503 instead of a signup form, so no one can create an account from the home page. The destination https://quso.ai/app/auth/signup with the navbar campaign parameters returned 503 on a fresh load as well. This blocks the main conversion step the home page is built around.
Try it: Open quso.ai, click "Get Started Free" in the header, and watch the network panel: the request to /app/auth/signup returns HTTP 503.
Sign-up button sends visitors to a 503 error
Visitors who decide to try the product from the About page hit a dead end: the "Get Started For Free" link on /about-us loads https://quso.ai/app/ and the server answers with a 503. The primary conversion path from this page does not reach the app, so interested visitors are stopped at the moment they are ready to sign up. The same 503 returned on a second load.
Try it: Open /about-us, click "Get Started For Free", and watch the request to https://quso.ai/app/ return HTTP 503 in the network panel.
Missing response headers weaken browser protections
The response from https://quso.ai/ is missing Content-Security-Policy and Cross-Origin-Resource-Policy.
Try it: Run curl -sI https://quso.ai/ and confirm no Content-Security-Policy or Cross-Origin-Resource-Policy header is returned.
Hard-to-read text gets in the way of a customer's decision
Visitors sizing up the product on the home page meet small grey text they may not be able to read: the "AI VIDEO CLIPPING TOOL" eyebrow, the "Free to start, no credit card required." reassurance under the upload buttons, and the "Trusted by 4M+ creators and businesses" line. All three use #80807b on near white, measuring 3.75:1 and 3.96:1 against the 4.5:1 minimum required by WCAG 2 AA. The same shortfall appears on /about-us and /affiliate-program, so the trust and pricing reassurance around the signup action is the part hardest to read.
