Find and Fix Broken User Flows
A disabled button, a silent validation error, or an expired session can stop someone from completing a task without producing an obvious crash.
Find the exact step
Try each step in order: open the form, enter valid data, submit, and continue to the next screen. Find the first step that doesn’t work as expected.
User behavior analytics: rage clicks and user frustration
Repeated clicks and failed requests can indicate a problem, but they need context. Check the element, loading state, response, and expected behavior. A repeated click alone is not proof of a defect.
Investigate recovery
Test invalid input, a rejected request, a slow response, and an expired session. Can the user see what went wrong? Can they retry without refreshing or losing their work?
Include reproduction steps in the bug report
Attach the affected flow and reproduction to the issue. Probie can investigate the connected codebase and propose a change for review. Verify both the failure and the recovery after deployment.
